The Beginning in Leksand
We first crossed paths while planning a weekend in Leksand with mutual friends. On that first day, we didn’t actually talk to each other. It wasn’t until the next day that we truly connected. Our first impressions stuck with us. She thought he seemed funny, and he couldn’t help but notice how much she laughed. Something felt easy, natural, and unexpectedly exciting even then.
Our First Date
Our first official date took place in Linköping. We shared sushi, talked for hours, and she showed him around the city she loved. Later that day, we took a spontaneous trip to Norrköping, walking through the streets and enjoying each other’s company. The night ended in the most perfect, uncomplicated way with a late stop at Max. It was the kind of day that didn’t need to try too hard to be special.
The Proposal
On a quiet pier by the water, one of our most unforgettable moments unfolded. It was a complete surprise. He was nervous not in the way one might expect, but mostly worried about dropping the ring into the water. She was overwhelmed, emotional, and completely over the moon. She said yes, and in that moment, everything felt perfectly aligned.
Moving In Together
On November 1, 2024, we took another big step and moved in together, creating our first shared home. A new chapter began filled with everyday moments, shared routines, and countless memories in the making.
Wedding!
Now, we are heading toward our next milestone our wedding. We will celebrate our love in Stockholm during week 29 of 2026, surrounded by the people who mean the most to us. It’s not just a celebration of one day, but of our journey so far and the lifetime we are about to begin together.
